The members of the Fire Department are hereby entitled to two personal leave days each calendar year, only one of which shall be charged off to their available unused sick leave credit. Such personal leave shall be granted on a first come, first served basis. In the event of duplicate requests for a personal leave day request, the department head shall use seniority in his decision in granting personal leave day. The personal leave days shall not be carried over from one calendar year to the next calendar year.
