911.16.28 BYPASS.

Bypassing is strictly prohibited unless notification in writing is submitted ten days before the date of bypass in accordance with 40 CFR 403.17(c) and if such bypass is approved by the Authority. (Ord. 84-14. Passed 10-13-14.)
