137.022 PURCHASE OF VACATION PAY BY POLICE.
   Members of the Police Department shall be granted an opportunity to receive payment for one week of unused vacation pay in addition to the vacation pay at the regular straight time pay for that employee by working that one week of vacation which shall consist of five working days. This payment by the City and the performance of the duties for that week of vacation is limited to a one week of vacation per year (5 working days) and the department head shall be notified in writing sixty days in advance of such election by the employee of the Police Department.
