911.16.04 CHARGES AND FEES.
   The City shall adopt charges and fees which may include:
   (a)    Fees for monitoring, inspection and surveillance procedures;
   (b)    Fees for permit applications;
   (c)    Fees for filing appeals; and
   (d)    Fees for reviewing accidental discharge procedures and construction.
