911.12 CONNECTIONS PROHIBITED WITH SANITARY SEWERS.
   (a)   No person shall connect a surface water drain, surface water tile, watercourse, surface water conduit, downspouts, or storm water sewer with or to any sanitary sewer owned or controlled by the City,
   (b) No person, who is the owner or who is exercising control over any premises, shall permit or suffer any surface water drain, surface water tile, watercourse, surface water conduit, downspouts or storm water sewer on or from the premises to be or remain connected with any sanitary sewer owned or controlled by the City.
   Persons who occupy premises as a tenant, lessee or licensee and who are not empowered to alter sewer connections on or from the premises shall not come within the definition of persons "exercising control" over the premises as such term is used in this section. (Ord. 84-14. Passed 10-13-14.)
