123.074 TRANSIT CLERK.
   (a)   There is established in the office of the Transit Department the position of Transit Clerk. The Transit Clerk position shall be a classified, non-bargaining unit position.
 
   (b)   The Transit Clerk provides high level administrative and clerical support and assistance for the Transportation Program. The Transit Clerk assists the Transit Director with operating the Transit Program, ensuring consistent provision of quality services in keeping with the Chillicothe Transit System goals and objectives, as well as requirements of the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities, Ohio Department of Transportation and other regulatory agencies. The position may be privy to confidential information.
 
   (c)   The Transit Clerk shall be paid bi-weekly under the hours authorized and at the hourly rate set out in Ordinance No. 80-12, as amended by Ordinance No. 56-14. The Transit Clerk shall be entitled to all fringe and non-economic benefits available by law to classified employees.
