1101.05 SEPARABILITY.
   The invalidation of any clause, sentence, paragraph, or section of this Ordinance by a court of competent jurisdiction shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this Ordinance either in whole or in part. (Ord. 27-11. Passed 3-14-11.)
