(a) Floodwall right of way, parks and outdoor recreational facilities, and any other like property owned or under the control of the City shall be open daily 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from September 1 through April 30, and 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. from May 1 through August 31.
(b) Enderlin Circle in Yoctangee Park is to be closed from dark until dawn from the north intersection with Alexander Drive to the south intersection with Alexander Drive, except for organized activities such as the Feast of the Flowering Moon and Farmers Fall Festival, and other organized activities specifically authorized by Council.
(c) Parking is prohibited at all times on the left side of Enderlin Circle from the north intersection with Alexander Drive to the south intersection with Alexander Drive, except at the Lion's Club Shelter House.
(d) No activity, including baseball, touch or flag football, softball games or City recreation activities, may extend beyond the closing times set forth in subsection (a) hereof except by authority of the Mayor.
(e) The Engineer-Service Director is hereby authorized and directed to post signs stating the open hours of such property and streets in a manner reasonably calculated to come to the attention of potential intruders.
(f) Right turns only shall be permitted from Enderlin Circle onto Alexander Drive.
