139.06 ADMINISTRATION.
   To administer and implement the provisions of this chapter, the Safety-Service Director or his designee is designated as the Housing Officer as described in Ohio R.C. 3735.65 through 3735.70. (Ord. 20-11. Passed 2-28-11.)
