(a) The Community Reinvestment Area is established by Council, consistent with the requirements of Ohio R.C. Chapter 3735.
(b) The original area designated as the Community Reinvestment Area is described in Ordinance No. 43-81.
The First Addition to the original area is described in Ordinance No. 92-87.
The Second Addition to the original area is described in Ordinance No. 43-94.
The Third Addition to the original area is described in Ordinance No. 102-00.
The Fourth Addition to the original area is described in Ordinance No. 99-01.
(c) The Community Reinvestment Area map, together with all explanatory matter thereon and which is attached to original Ordinance 99-01, is hereby adopted as part of this chapter, and shall be identified by the signature of the Mayor, and attested by the City Auditor. The Community Reinvestment Area map shall be maintained by the Engineering Department.
