354.05 RULES; APPLICATIONS.

   The Safety/Service Director shall promulgate rules for:

   (a)   Color coding of permits by street;

   (b)   Information to be contained in permit applications;

   (c)   Documentation to be provided by the permit applicant to show proof of residency;

   (d)   Provisions for replacement of lost or stolen permits;

   (e)   Contents and identification information to be contained on each permit, which shall include but is not limited to the resident’s house number and street address;

   (f)   The maximum number of parking permits that may be issued to each resident; and

   (g)   Use of visitor passes.
