EDITOR’S NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance 42-22, passed June 27, 2022, all provisions of the Chillicothe City Codified Ordinances, including but not limited to Codified Ordinance 1519.01 et seq., concerning the possession, sale, discharge, ignition, or exploding of fireworks, and all ordinances that regulate noise, disturbance of the peace, and disorderly conduct, will remain in full force and effect regardless of the permissions granted in HB 172.
