1327.05 APPEALS; HEARING.
   If the owner, upon receiving a notice as set out in Section 1327.03 that the service station is abandoned, is aggrieved by such order and desires a hearing he may appeal in writing to the Board of Zoning Appeals within ten days from the service of the order. The Board shall fix a place and time for a hearing which shall be not less than ten nor more than twenty days after receipt of the written appeal. The Board, upon the presentation of the facts by testimony of the parties, who may be represented by counsel and have a record of the proceedings taken by a reporter, may affirm, modify, revoke or vacate such order given in the notice in Section 1327.03. During the determination by the Board the order given in the notice shall be stayed by the Board. Any party to the proceeding, claiming to be aggrieved by a final order of the Board of Zoning Appeals, may obtain judicial review thereof by resort to a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with the provision of the Ohio R. C. Chapter 2506.
