1325.04 SPECIFICATIONS FOR ERECTION OF AWNINGS.

The minimum clearance above the sidewalk for an awning is eight feet. The maximum projection into a public driveway of an awning shall not exceed two-thirds of the distance from the property line to the curb line, or fourteen feet, whichever is greater. The maximum height of an awning shall not exceed thirteen feet above the sidewalk, excluding guy lines or supporting braces.
