1325.03 APPROVAL AND ISSUANCE OF PERMIT; FEE.

Upon approval of such application the Chief Enforcement Official shall issue a permit for the construction of such awning or awnings upon the locations approved and only after payment to the Chief Enforcement Official of a permit fee of two dollars ($2.00) for each location approved.
