1323.03 RESPONSIBILITY OF PERMITTEE.

The applicant for the permit must assume responsibility for the removal of tree limbs, branches, wires, lights and other impediments and shall reimburse the City for any damage caused to the streets, and shall further save the City harmless from any and all damages to private property caused by such moving.
