1322.06 APPROVAL.

The Chillicothe Planning Commission shall either approve, approve with stipulations, or disapprove the application to construct a Wireless Telecommunications Facilities, Antenna Support Structures and Towers. The Chillicothe Planning Commission shall submit its decision to City Council for final approval.
