Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned for not more than three months, or both. Each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is committed, continued or permitted shall be deemed a separate offense.
