No ground sign shall be placed in front of the building setback lines as provided in the Planning and Zoning Code.
Where new buildings are erected, existing ground signs shall be setback to the building line.
Ground signs of six square feet or less supported by ornamental posts upon private property and conforming to the zoning requirements as to size, may be placed between the property line and the building setback line.
