1321.14 BOARD OF EXAMINERS.

There shall be an Examining Board for persons engaging in the business of sign advertising consisting of three members: one member of the Planning Commission; the Chief Enforcement Official; and the Director of Public Service. The signed approval of the majority shall constitute approval of an application.
