A fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) is required for the license and each annual renewal. If the applicant is unsuccessful in passing the examination, all monies will be refunded.
All licenses shall expire at midnight, on December 31 of each year.
All registration and license fees collected under this section shall be paid into the City Treasury to the credit of the General Fund.
All applications for license renewals must be made within thirty days of the expiration date or a new examination is required.
A license may be issued subject to limitation as to the type of sign for which it may be used.
