1321.06 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.

Application for a license to engage in the business of sign advertising shall be made to the Chief Enforcement Official in writing. The applicant shall furnish the Chief Enforcement Official such information as that official may deem necessary for the proper enforcement and application of this chapter.
