The following are declared to be the fire limits of the City:
Beginning at the point where Mulberry Street enters the City Park, thence south on Mulberry Street to Water Street, thence east on Water Street to Bridge Street, thence south on Bridge Street to Second Street, thence east on Second Street to the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad right of way, thence southeast along such right of way to Sugar Street, thence south on Sugar Street to Fourth Street, thence west along Fourth Street to Mulberry Street, thence south along Mulberry Street to Fifth Street, thence west along Fifth Street to High Street, thence north along High Street to Water Street, thence east along Water Street to Park Street, thence north along Park Street approximately four hundred feet to the jog in the street, thence due east to the City Park and through it to the place of beginning.
