   The fifth ward shall comprise all that part of the City beginning at the intersection of centerlines of East Main Street and Hickory Street;

   Thence Southerly along the centerline of Hickory Street to its intersection with the centerline of Eighth Street;

   Thence Easterly along the centerline of Eighth Street to its intersection with the centerline of South Bridge Street;

   Thence Southeasterly along the centerline of South Bridge Street to the easterly line of property as conveyed to the Mead Corporation, the present corporation line of the City of Chillicothe;

   Thence along said present corporation line (bounding the fifth ward on the south) along the following described (4) annexations;

   1)   Enlarged Limits of the City of Chillicothe (ord. Feb 26, 1872).

   2)   Original Plan of the Town of Chillicothe (ord. Feb 18, 1820).

   3)   C.R. Van de Carr, Jr. (ord. 2114-51).

   4)   657.82 acres (ord. 2321-53).

to the centerline of Belleview Avenue;

   Thence Northeasterly along the centerline of Belleview Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Keller Road;

Thence Northerly along the centerline of Keller Road to its intersection with the centerline of Johnson Road;

   Thence Easterly along the centerline of Johnson Road to its intersection with the centerline of Brennan Road;

   Thence Northerly along the centerline of Brennan Road to its intersection with the centerline of West Fifth Street;

   Thence Westerly with the centerline of West Fifth Street to the intersection of University Drive;

   Thence Northerly with the centerline of University Drive to the intersection of Western Avenue;

   Thence Easterly with the centerline of Western Avenue to the intersection of Carlisle Hill Road;

   Thence with the centerline of Carlisle Hill Road southerly to the top of the hill and with the projected centerline of South High Street extended;

   Thence Southerly with the centerline of South High Street to the intersection of Belleview Avenue;

   Thence Northeasterly with the centerline of Belleview Avenue to the intersection of West Sixth Street;

   Thence Easterly with the centerline of West Sixth Street to the intersection of Walnut Street;

   Thence Northerly with the centerline of South Walnut Street to the intersection of West Main Street;

   Thence Easterly with the centerline of Main Street to the point of beginning of East Main Street and Hickory Street.
