   The third ward shall comprise all that part of the City beginning at the intersection of centerlines of Church Street and Arch Street;

   Thence Northerly along the centerline of Church Street to its intersection with the centerline of North Street;

   Thence Easterly along the centerline of North Street to its intersection with the centerline of North High Street;

   Thence Northerly along the centerline of North High Street to its intersection with the centerline of Kopp Street;

   Thence Northeasterly along the centerline of Kopp Street and its theoretical intersection with the southern boundary of 144.0915 acres annexed by (ord. 1-1999);

   Thence Southeasterly along said southern boundary, and along a portion of the northern boundary of the present corporation line, the Original Plan of the City of Chillicothe, ord. Passed February 1820 to the southwest corner of 46.07 acres annexed into the City of Chillicothe in 1981, (ord. 48-81);

   Thence Northeasterly along the present corporation line (bounding the third ward on the north) along the following described (5) annexations:

   Thence Southerly crossing said Scioto River to a point on the southerly line of said river;

   Thence Westerly along the southern edge of said river to its intersection with the centerline of North Bridge Street;

   Thence Southerly along the centerline of North Bridge Street to its intersection with the centerline of East Water Street;

   Thence Westerly along the centerline of East Water Street to its intersection with the centerline of North Paint Street;

   Thence Southerly along the centerline of North Paint Street to its intersection with the centerline of West Second Street;

   Thence Westerly along the centerline of West Second Street to its intersection with the centerline of North Walnut Street;

   Thence Southerly along the centerline of North Walnut Street and crossing West Main St. becoming South Walnut Street and along the centerline of South Walnut Street to its intersection with the centerline of West Sixth Street;

   Thence Southwesterly along the centerline of Belleview Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of South High Street;

   Thence Northerly along the centerline of South High Street with the theoretical centerline extended to its intersection with the centerline of Carlisle Hill Road;

   Thence Northerly along the centerline of Carlisle Hill Road to the intersection with the centerline of Western Avenue;

   Thence Northwesterly along the centerline of Western Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Delano Avenue;

   Thence Northerly along the centerline of Delano Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Arch Street;

   Thence Easterly along the centerline of Arch Street to the point of beginning and there terminated.
