917.14 ADMINISTRATION.
   (a)    Collection and disposal of solid waste shall be at the direction of the Department of Public Service.
   (EDITOR'S NOTE: Subsections (b) to (d) hereof were repealed by Ordinance 56-84, passed June 11, 1984.)
