(a) The Director of Public Service is hereby authorized and directed to prescribe and put into effect water rates established and reported to City Council as required by Section 915.08(c). Such water rates shall become effective on all billings payable after the first regular meter reading following the month in which Council receives the report. Water rates shall be posted at the Utilities Department located at 35 South Paint Street, Chillicothe, Ohio. The Utilities Department shall provide a copy of said rates upon request by any person at cost.
(b) All water supply services shall be subject to a minimum charge based upon the size of the meter required and used in accordance with the schedules noted herein.
(c) (1) Tank Trucks: $7.75 per 1,000 gallons.
(2) Unmetered temporary use at rates to be set by the Utilities Director.
