915.04 WATER LINES CONSTRUCTION.

The Division of Water, when funds therefor are available, and when plans therefor are approved as feasible by responsible consulting engineers, or the City Engineer, may construct water lines for service to the inhabitants of the City. Such lines shall be of uniform construction and of a proper approved design.
