913.07 DISPOSITION OF FUNDS.

The funds received from the collection of the charges or rental authorized by this chapter shall be deposited biweekly with the City Auditor and shall be accounted for and be known as the Sewer Rental Fund and when appropriated by Council shall be available for the purposes for which such funds are made available by the laws of the State of Ohio.
