A violation of any provision of this chapter is a misdemeanor of the third degree. If the offender one time previously has violated any provision of this chapter, the violation is a misdemeanor of the second degree. If the offender two or more times previously has violated any provision of this chapter, the violation is a misdemeanor of the first degree.
