735.04 RETENTION OF ARTICLES.

No secondhand dealer shall sell or remove from the secondhand dealer’s place of business any secondhand article purchased by or exchanged to the secondhand dealer until the secondhand article has been in the secondhand dealer’s possession at least thirty days.
