(a) The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the home sale of property publicized by classified newspaper advertising, which describes or identifies the specific property offered for sale and does not designate the date, hours or location of this date other than stating the name, home address or telephone number of the seller.
(b) The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to a corporation that is not for profit, churches, schools, associations, clubs or lodges, if these organizations conduct home sales of personal property donated to them on real estate owned or occupied by such organization.
(c) The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the home sale of personal property made under any court order or under authority of a will or trust instrument.
(d) The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the home sale of personal property made by a licensed auctioneer at a public advertised auction. However, the licensed auctioneer shall be subject to the provisions of Section 731.03.
