No sign advertising a home sale may be displayed at any place except on the premises on which the sale is held. Only one sign may be displayed and its display shall be limited to the date and hours during which the sale is held and to a period of time one week before the sale. Such sign shall not be larger that four square feet in area and shall not be illuminated.
