The permittee shall provide liability and property damage insurance at a minimum amount of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for bodily injury, including death, relating to any one person, and one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for property damage. The City shall be a named insured on such policy, and the policy shall be an occurrence policy.
