EDITOR'S NOTE: Senate Bill 60, effective October 27, 1981, established a State Boxing Commission in Ohio R.C. 3773.33 to regulate boxing in the State including any City which pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3773.31(C) did not create or reaffirm creation of a City Boxing Commission between the effective date of the Act and April 15, 1982. Chillicothe did not reaffirm the creation of the City Boxing Commission originally created by Ordinance 280-61, passed May 17, 1961, thus the State Boxing Commission has jurisdiction to enforce Ohio R.C. 3773.31 to 3773.58 within the City of Chillicothe.
