No person required by any provision of this chapter to furnish any report or information shall fail, neglect or refuse to make such report, or furnish any such information, photograph or fingerprints, or fail, neglect or refuse to render or furnish the same within the time prescribed in this chapter, nor fail, neglect or refuse to furnish to the Bureau of Identification within such time, any information, photograph or fingerprints required to be furnished by any provision of this chapter, nor furnish any false, untrue or misleading information on or statement relating to any information required by any provisions of this chapter to be made or furnished.
