Every person residing within the City who has been convicted two or more times in any court of any crime set forth in Section 559.02, which conviction or term of imprisonment for such second conviction or more has taken place in a preceding five-year period of time, shall, within forty-eight hours from and after the effective date of this chapter, furnish to the Bureau of Identification, Division of Police, Department of Public Safety, in a written statement signed by such person, all of the information required to be furnished under the provisions of Section 559.03, together with the occupation or employment in which such person is now engaged, the name of the employer, the business engaged in by the employer, and the nature and character thereof.
