§ 111.02 License Required

   (a)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to engage in the business of an auto salvage dealer within the city or to continue in such business unless and until he shall have first obtained a license under §§ 111.02 - 111.06 of this chapter.

   (b)   Any auto salvage business in the city that does not conform with the regulations imposed in this chapter is declared to be a public nuisance.

   (c)   No license shall be required of an individual collecting, storing, dismantling, or refurbishing antique autos for his own use in order to restore, preserve, and maintain an antique motor vehicle for historic interest rather than for personal transportation.
