If the findings required in §§ 111.04 - 111.05 are favorable to applicant, the City Secretary shall notify applicant that such license will be issued upon payment of the prescribed fees. If any of said findings are unfavorable to applicant, the City Secretary shall notify applicant that such license is disapproved and that no license will be issued. Upon request from applicant, the City Secretary will provide applicant with a written statement of the grounds upon which the application was disapproved.
