§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any minors found violating any provisions of §§ 93.01 through 93.03, or § 93.05, shall be taken to the municipal police department and parents, guardians, or any other adult having the lawful care, custody, or control of the minors shall be notified to come to the department. The minors shall be released only to such persons or to the Hamilton County Juvenile Court, as the police officer or officers may determine.
   (B)   Any minors in violation of §§ 93.01 through 93.03, or § 93.05, shall be referred to the Hamilton County Juvenile Court or to the Hamilton County Juvenile Referee for the municipality for such disposition as may be allowed by the Hamilton County Juvenile Court or the laws of the State of Ohio.
   (C)   Any parent, guardian, or adult having the lawful care, custody, or control of the minor who should violate §§ 93.01 through 93.03 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $100.
   (D)   Whoever violates any prohibition contained in § 93.04, or knowingly fails to perform any duty required by a proclamation, order, or regulation issued and in effect pursuant to § 93.04, shall be fined not more than $100 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.
