§ 93.01 CURFEW FOR CERTAIN MINORS.
   (A)   No minor under the age of 16 years shall loiter, idle, wander, stroll, play, or drive or ride in a motor vehicle in or upon the public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds, or other public buildings, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots, or other places in the municipality, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day, official city time. However, the provisions of this section do not apply to a minor accompanied by his parents, guardian, or other adult having the care of and custody of the minor, or where the minor is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed by his parents, guardian, or other adult having the care and custody of the minor.
   (B)   No minor between the ages of 16 and 18 years shall loiter, idle, wander, stroll, play, or drive or ride in a motor vehicle in or upon the public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds, or other public buildings, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots, or other places in the municipality, between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the same day, official city time. However, the provisions of this section do not apply to a minor accompanied by his parents, guardian, or other adult having the lawful care, custody, or control of the minor, or where the minor is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed by his parents, guardian, or other adult having the lawful care, custody, or control of the minor. This section shall not apply to military personnel of the United States.
   (C)   As used in this section, ADULT shall mean a person at least 21 years of age.
