This regulation is established for the proper transaction of the business of the Chestertown Historic District Commission, pursuant to Chapter 93 Historic Area Zoning of the Code of the Town of Chestertown, as amended. As required by § 93-7, upon receipt of a completed application for the issuance of a Historic District Permit the Commission will, at its regularly scheduled meeting, consider the application. This regulation shall govern the receipt, processing, hearing and final disposition of all applications for the issuance of a Historic District Permit.
