A. Appeal from any adverse decision of any person or committee pursuant to section 7-2-4 or 7-2-5 of this chapter, shall be taken to the Village Board of Trustees. The Village Board may vary the strict application of any of the requirements of this chapter where the strict application would result in practical difficulty or unnecessary hardship that would deprive the owner of the reasonable use of the land, but in no other case.
B. Written notice of appeal shall be filed with Village Clerk no later than fourteen (14) days after written notice of the adverse decision is mailed or delivered to the owner by a representative of the Village.
C. The Village Board shall consider the appeal and render a decision within forty five (45) days thereafter. (Ord. 01-03, 10-15-2001)
