   A.   1. All work shall be completed within a reasonable time after commencement, and upon completion, the applicant shall sow grass seed or take such other measures as may be appropriate to protect the right-of-way and prevent washout or other destruction or deterioration of the driveway.
      2.   Immediately upon completion of the work, the applicant shall remove all debris and excess excavation materials from the right-of-way.
      3.   If, in the opinion of the Streets and Alleys Committee, the work is not completed within a reasonable time, the committee shall give the applicant thirty (30) days to complete the work. If the work is not completed within that time, the Village may complete the work, and the applicant and/or owner shall reimburse the Village for costs incurred.
   B.   All work in connection with driveways, driveway culverts, culverts, ditches and drains in public rights-of-way or streets under the Village's jurisdiction and control shall be done in such a manner that there is no interference or constriction with drainage and that there is, at a minimum, enhancement of existing drainage in the event that such existing drainage is not sufficient. In connection herewith, the Streets and Alleys Committee shall approve all methods, means, sequences, designs and materials for such work. (Ord. 01-03, 10-15-2001)
