§ 156.13 LADDERS OR STEPS.

All private residential pools above the ground level shall have means of egress in the form of one or more ladders or sets of steps, which shall be removed or secured when the pool is not in use to prevent access to the pool. Any closure device shall be equipped with a self-latching device or lock.
