Violation of any provision of this chapter shall result in suspension of water service for the purpose of filling or refilling any private residential swimming pool or public swimming pool. Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $ 5 nor more than $ 500 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs.
