Any person firm, or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $ 10 nor more than $ 500 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each date during or on which a violation occurs or continues. The village, in addition to the penalty, may bring an action for injunction to restrain the violation of this chapter.
