§ 150.27 APPLICATIONS FOR PERMIT.
   Applications for permits other than for one- and two-family dwellings shall be governed by Section 105 of the IBC, which requires, among other things, submission of the plans and engineering details of the work. Applications for permits for one- and two-family dwellings shall be governed by Section R-105 of the IRC. The Building Code Administrator is authorized in his or her discretion to utilize the services of the village engineer or of the services of the International Code Council in connection with his or her review of the plans. Plan review fees are set forth in Appendix B of this chapter.
