§ 150.06 ADOPTION OF PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE.

Pursuant to Section 1-3-1 of the Illinois Municipal Code, the edition of the International Property Maintenance Code, specified in and as amended by Exhibit A hereto, published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the village. This Property Maintenance Code shall apply to all existing and future structures in the village.
