§ 150.05 ADOPTION OF LIFE SAFETY CODE.
   Pursuant to Section 1-3-1 of the Illinois Municipal Code, the edition of the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, specified in and as amended by Appendix A hereto, published by the National Fire Protection Association, is hereby adopted by reference as the Life Safety Code of the village. The NFPA 101 Life Safety Code shall apply to new construction and to existing buildings as set forth therein.
